We take the protection of your data seriously. Here you can read which data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis – in line with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process
Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), the package you selected and your message. These details are used solely to answer your enquiry.
IP address: when you submit the form, your IP address is transmitted to the spam protection (see “External services”). We do not store it ourselves.
Local storage in your browser: only technically necessary values – currently just your cookie consent. It stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
Server logs: when pages are requested, technical access data (page requested, time, browser type) is recorded by the host – for security and performance purposes.
External services
We work with the following providers to operate this website. The agreements required under data protection law are in place with all of them; transfers abroad are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses.
Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) – hosting and delivery of this website as well as processing of the contact form. Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data including your IP address.
Cloudflare Turnstile – protects the contact form against automated submissions. On submission, a verification token and your IP address are transmitted to Cloudflare. Turnstile does not build user profiles or do advertising tracking; technically necessary cookies for bot defence may be set.
SMTP2GO (SMTP2GO Ltd.) – delivery of the form emails to our mailbox. The details you entered in the form are transmitted.
Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) – this website loads the “Inter” typeface from Google servers. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. On request we can host the fonts locally, which removes this transfer.
Cookies & local storage
On your first visit we ask which categories we may use. We distinguish three:
Necessary: required to operate the website – for example the contact form's spam protection and storing your cookie consent itself. Always active, because the website does not work without these values.
Statistics: anonymous usage statistics so we can improve the website. No statistics service is currently integrated – your choice is stored in case we add one.
Marketing: personalised content or advertising. Not currently in use.
We set optional cookies only after you agree. Your consent is stored locally in your browser so we can respect it on your next visit; it is not transmitted to us. On top of that there are technically necessary cookies that Cloudflare may set to fend off automated access. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.
Analytics & tracking
We do not use any analytics or tracking tools without your explicit consent. As long as you do not agree to statistics collection, no tracking takes place at all.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data, as well as the right to object and to data portability. An informal request is enough – write to us at info@sitavio.ch.
Retention period
We keep contact enquiries until the matter is settled, and at most for 24 months. After that they are deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
Data security
This website is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. The data you send us through the contact form is therefore protected against third-party access in transit.
